Release time 25 - 10 - 23
Share:

1.   Failed to reset the remaining reagent level after installing or replacing new reagents.

2.   Alarm persists after reset and restart; replace the SD card directly.

How should the analyzer handle an alarm triggered by excessively low reagent levels (<10%)?

The solution is as follows:

3.First, with the instrument in a non-measuring state, press and hold the [?] button for more than 3 seconds. A prompt as shown in the figure will appear. Select “OK”.

4.When the automatic chemical dosing countdown begins, observe whether any chemical is flowing out of the treatment tank. Wait until there is no air in the chemical line before pressing the “OK” button.

5、Select “Yes” and press the “OK” button to confirm.

6、After returning to the main interface, the remaining reagent level will reset to 100%.
