1、Analysis Not Started


Description: Instrument has not initiated measurement.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Check if an interval time is set.

2. Check if external signal control for measurement is enabled.

3. Verify if the instrument is set to automatic mode.

4. Contact Jiepu Instruments technical support for assistance in verifying correct instrument configuration.


2、Error Message: E11 Reagent



Definition: Reagent Alarm

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Check if there is sufficient reagent remaining in the reagent bottle.

2. Inspect the connecting tubing between the reagent bottle and peristaltic pump for air bubbles. If necessary, manually fill the reagent until the tubing is completely filled.

3. Verify water presence in the measuring chamber and ensure adequate inlet water pressure (recommended 1-2 bar).

4. Inspect the peristaltic pump and stirrer assembly.

5. Verify the drain pipe is unobstructed and no foreign objects are stuck in the solenoid valve.

6. Confirm the inlet and outlet connections are properly secured.

7. Ensure the stir bar is positioned within the measuring chamber.

8. During fault alarms, the current output terminal outputs 0mA.


3、Error Message:E12 Water flow



Definition: Water Flow Alarm

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Check if the inlet water supply has sufficient pressure; recommended range is 1-2 bar.

2. Verify the solenoid valve is functioning properly.

3. Inspect the drain pipe for blockages.

4. During a fault alarm, the current output terminal outputs 0mA.

Definition: Optical Alarm

Troubleshooting Steps:

1.  Check for contamination in the measurement chamber.

2.  Verify proper connection of the LED light source.

3.  Confirm sensor status as OK in the diagnostic menu. Service-Diagnostic tool-Sensor

4.During fault alarm, the current output terminal outputs 0mA.


5、Error Message:E14 Titration



Definition: Titration Colorimetric Alarm

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Check if the reagent bottle contains sufficient reagent.

2. Inspect the connecting tubing between the reagent bottle and peristaltic pump for air bubbles. If necessary, manually fill the reagent until the tubing is completely filled.

3. Verify that the inlet and outlet ports are correctly connected.

4. Confirm that the configured reagent model matches the one in use.

5. Verify the drain pipe is unobstructed and no foreign objects are stuck in the solenoid valve.

6. Test the functionality of the peristaltic pump.

7. Ensure the connection tube between the dosing plug and reagent bottle is securely tightened.

8. Confirm the blue/red O-ring on the dosing plug is present and properly seated.

9.During an alarm condition, the current output terminal outputs 0mA.
